JunePATTINSONPassed away peacefully aged 89 years on 26th October, surrounded by family. Mam to Ian & Lynne. Grandma to Kimberley, Sarah, Steven & Paul and Great-Grandma to Gabriel.

Family and friends please meet for a service at Tynemouth Crematorium on Thursday 20th November at 11:15am.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu will go to St Oswald's Hospice, there will be a box available at the service.
